All sales are final. FrameShot is a digital product delivered the moment you buy it, so please check that your Mac meets the requirements first: a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15 Sequoia or later.
When we do refund
- You were charged more than once for the same license.
- FrameShot won't run on your Mac even though it meets the requirements, and we can't fix the problem.
- The law requires it where you live.
How to ask
Email support@frameshotapp.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt, and tell us what happened. We reply within 2 business days.
If a refund is approved
The money goes back to your original payment method, including any sales tax or VAT. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Your license key is deactivated, and your captures stay on your Mac.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
